Some words from Tori:
"So how did I begin my career in the art of cake decorating? I have always had a creative side and used outlets from painting to doll making and eventually cake decorating to express my creativity.
Initially, I began cake decorating classes as a hobby, learning about how to create many different styles of cakes that not only look fantastic, but taste terrific too!
After eight years experience and winning cake decorating competition awards, this hobby has turned into a passion and a rewarding career.
Currently, in order to continue growing my business, I have been selected to became part of the 2004-05 South Australian Youth Entrepreneur Scheme (SAYES).
